DESCRIPTION:
TyloRhein Px is a medicated premix containing Tylosin Phosphate to be administered in feed of poultry, pigs and bovines.
INDICATIONS:
TyloRhein Px is indicated to be used in:
Pigs: Indicated for the prevention and treatment of Enzootic Pneumonia, caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, atrophic rhinitis, porcine dysentery, ileitis (Proliferative Entheropatia) caused by Lawsonia intracellularis and other Tylosin-sensitive microorganisms. Also indicated to increase the weight gain rate and improve alimentary efficiency.
Female Pigs: Indicated to improve brood viability.
Bovines for meat production: Prescribed to reduce the incidence of liver abscesses, specially those caused by Fusobacterium necrophorum and Actinomyces pyogenes.
Poultry: Indicated to increase weight gain rate and to improve alimentary conversion. Also prescribed to control chronic respiratory disease caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum. Laying hens: The product is used to improve alimentary efficiency.
DOSAGE AND USE:
Oral use, mixed with feed, according to the following rates:
Bovines: Hepatic Abscesses (prophylaxis): 8 to 10 g. of Tylosin per ton of feed. Each animal should get no more than 90 mg. each per day; this is obtained by adding 20 g. of TyloRhein Px per ton of feed.
Poultry: 8 to 50 g. of Tylosin per ton of feed so as to increase weight gain and improve alimentary conversion; this is obtained by adding 20 g. to 100 g. of TyloRhein Px per ton of feed. Laying hens: 20 g. to 50 g. of Tylosin per ton of feed, in order to improve alimentary conversion; this is obtained by adding 40 g. to 100 g. of TyloRhein Px per ton of feed.
Poultry (broilers, replacement and breeders), curative treatment of chronic respiratory disease: 800 g. to 1000 g. of Tylosin per ton of feed; this rate is obtained by adding 1.6 Kg. to 2 Kg. of TyloRhein Px per ton of feed.
Porcines: Increase of weight gain rate and improvement of the alimentary conversion. Starter dose: 20 g. to 100 g. of Tylosin per ton of feed, obtained by adding 40 g. to 200 g. of TyloRhein Px per ton of feed. Growing: 20 g. to 40 g. of Tylosin per ton of feed, obtained by adding 40 g. a 80 g. of TyloRhein Px per ton of feed. Terminator: 10 g. to 20 g. of Tylosin per ton of feed, obtained by adding 20 g. to 40 g. de TyloRhein Px per ton of feed.
Prevention and/or control of Ileitis: 100 g. of Tylosin per ton of feed, obtained by adding 200 g. of TyloRhein Px per ton of feed.
Prevention of porcine dysentery: Prophylaxis:100 g. of Tylosin per ton of feed, obtained by adding 200 g. of TyloRhein Px per ton of feed; continuing with 40 g. of Tylosin per ton of feed, obtained by adding 80 g. de TyloRhein Px per ton of feed. Treatment: 40 to 100 g. of Tylosin per ton of feed, obtained by adding 80 g. to 200 g. of TyloRhein Px per ton of feed.
Note: These doses should follow an initial treatment with Tylosin oral powder dissolved in drinking water during 3 to 10 days.
Keep up with weight gain rate and alimentary conversion in the presence of atrophic rhinitis: 100 g. of Tylosin per ton of feed, obtained by adding 200 g. of TyloRhein Px per ton of feed.
It is convenient to mix the amount of product to be used in a proper quantity of feed (25 kg.) before adding it to the final volume of feed portion.
WARNINGS:
Keep out of the reach of children.
Store in its original container, in a cool ad dry place, with temperature between 4º and 30º C.
Avoid direct sunlight on stored product.
Avoid contact with product. In case of accidental exposure, wash with water and soap.
Use adequate clothes and keep adequate ventilation when administering product.
Wash hands and change clothes after administering product.
Do not throw empty containers in open dump sites. Discard through burning or burying.
Use restrictions:
Meat of treated animals must not be released for human consumption before 5 days of the last day of treatment.
Do not use at higher doses than recommended in laying hens producing eggs for human consumption.
