FORMULA:
100 grams of product contain:
Amoxicillin Trihydrate (equivalent to 65.3 g of base amoxicillin)........................ 75 g
Excipients q.s............................... 100 g
DESCRIPTION:
Soluble powder to be administered in drinking water or feed.
INDICATIONS:
This product is the effective combination of a wide spectrum antibiotic (amoxicillin).
I t is indicated to attack amoxicillin-sensitive infectious agents causing affections caused in the respiratory, genital-urinary and digestive systems. It is also prescribed for the treatment of bacterial complications of viral affections, it is indicated to attack infections caused by the following microorganisms: Streptococcus pneumoniae, Listeria monocytogenesis, Moraxella catarralis, Neisseria meningitidis, Haemophilus influenzae, Salmonella spp, Escherichia coli, Pasteurella multocida.
DOSAGE AND USE:
Orally administered mixed with drinking water or feed at a rateof 20 mg of active ingredient per kilogram of live weight during 3 to 5 days.
Multiply the amount of live weight to to be treated by 0,031 in order to obtain the amount (in grams) of AmoxiRhein 75 to be used. In case of medicating water, renew water every 8 hours. Do not store for future use.
Instructions: the dose to be administered must be diluted before it is included in the in the total volume of drinking water or feed: in 10 liters of water or in 10 kg of feed
Poultry: add 0.207 g of AmoxiRhein 75/ liter per day or 310 g of AmoxiRhein 75/ ton of feed..
Porcines: add 0.54 g of AmoxiRhein 75/ liter per day or 880 g of AmoxiRhein 75/ ton of feed.
WARNINGS:
Avoid direct sunlight on the product..
Keep in its original container in a dry place at a temperature between 10º C and 25º C.
Those persons allergic to beta lactamases must not have a direct contact with the product.
In case of contact with product, wash mucoses, skin, and eyes with
abundant water.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Open containers must be used up within 12 months if stored in a dry place.
Use restrictions:
Poultry: 24 hours must lapse between the last treatment and animal slaughter, when meat is destined for human consumption.
Porcines: withdraw medication 15 days prior to slaughter.
Do not apply together with penicillins.
Do not use in laying hens whose eggs are destined for human consumption..
